The MUSC Department of Orthopedics is dedicated to providing personalized care in 12 areas:

• Hip and knee replacement and arthritis
• Orthopedic oncology
• Orthopedic trauma
• Pediatric orthopedics
• Physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Shoulder and elbow services
• Sports medicine (including arthroscopy)

As part of a comprehensive health system, our mission is to provide superb clinical care to our patients, educate the next generation of orthopedic surgeons and expand the orthopedic knowledge base through basic, clinical and translational research.
