MUSC Children's Health provides comprehensive care for children from before birth up to 18 years of age.

We believe children have special needs for everything from medicines and the size of their beds to special care that only specially trained pediatric professionals can provide. U.S. News & World Report honored six of our pediatric services in the 2023 - 2024 Best Children's Hospitals survey.

From innovative treatments and clinical trials to puppy play dates and costume parades, your gifts will give our patients time to be kids.
