Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Recently, an interdisciplinary MUSC research team received a Blue Sky Award to pursue an exciting project aimed at restoring vision in patients with age‑related macular degeneration by “recharging” the eye cells’ batteries – a bold example of the transformative work happening here.
